The YT28 Pusher-leg rock drill is an excellent heavy-duty pneumatic drilling tool with long history and high reputation worldwide. With years of continuous improvement, it has been developed as the most popular model among all the Pneumatic rock drill series. It features the wet-drilling ( water-flushing to cool down & flush the blasthole ), and with air leg FT160 to support the drilling work. It is easy to control the main body and the air leg with simple operation at the backhead.

Driven by the compressed air, YT28 can perform the Rotation and Percussion at the same time, exerting a very high impact energy and drilling power onto the rock to make the blasthole. It is proved that YT28 Feeder-leg rock drill is the most mature and reliable drilling machine, featuring lower air consumption and vibration to make the tough drilling work more stable and comfortable. A line-oiler FY200 is included to ensure good lubrication for the prolonged and durable operation. It is highly efficient mining tool and especially indispensable working partner in drilling blasthole, saving manpower and enhancing productivity.

APPLICATIONS

As the most efficient and reliable model among the rock drill family, YT28 is fit for making Horizontal or Gradient blasting bore in the Hard / Medium-hard rock ( Hardness f=8~18 ), also fit for drilling the Roof Anchor Hole overhead. Based on the Roadway section size and operating conditions, it can be used with standard longer air leg FT-160BC or shorter air leg FT-160BD; it can also be equipped with Drilling Trolley or Drilling Rig without using the air leg. It is an ideal tool mainly used in the mining and tunnelling, playing an important role for a wide application scope covering almost all rock situations, e.g. Laneway, Railway, Roadway, Coal, Metallurgy, Water conservancy, Stone-quarrying, National defence project, etc.
